Products may be returned for a full refund, credit or exchange within 30 days of receipt.  Should you need to return a part for refund, exchange or credit, please contact our customer service department for a return authorization number and instructions. RetroSound will not accept returned goods without prior authorization.    Customer will pay freight on all return orders.

Retro Manufacturing, LLC warrants our Radios for Two Years from the date of original purchase to be free from defects in materials and workmanship, Loudspeakers are warrantied for One year from date of purchase. If, during this period, the product fails under normal usage, because of a manufacturing defect, we will replace or repair the item. 

To obtain repair or replacement under the terms of this warranty, please contact us via phone (909-364-1372) or email (support@retrosoundusa.com) and request a return authorization number. Proof of purchase and date of purchase are required to validate the warranty claim. Please note any returns sent to us without a return authorization number WILL be refused.

Retro Manufacturing,LLC assumes no responsibility for a proper or improper Installation.

We are not liable for any direct or consequential loss or property damage arising from any use of this product. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state. Offer good in U.S.A. and Canada only.
